Mr Vikkis naga pickle

Mr Vikki's naga pickle is simply one of the finest chilli pickles i have come across.When opening the jar you get a great smell of the smokey naga which is infused with a slight citrus smell, wow at this point i was getting excited and desperate to taste. So i thought what the hell and reached for a tea spoon and went straight in at the deep end. At this point my pallet exploded with the taste and burn of what can only be described as eating a whole naga raw. Although the initial burn is nice an steady you do get a fair bit of afterburn and a great pickled taste too, the whole sensation lasted about 7 minutes and leaves you wanting more and more hense the jar only lasted one sitting it was great on crackers and cheese and amazing with poppadoms and chutneys. So on the whole i give this pickle a 9 out 10 i have not gave it a 10 which it probably deserves in taste but the heat content is not the hottest out there but this pickle is definately the tastiest i have come across on my travels.So there we have Mr Vikkis nage pickle definately a must for any chilli head, an thank you Mr Vikki for bringing this pickle onto the market well done from Dr death sauce co chilli temple
