About me

I'm a chef by trade and this year was my first at trying to grow chillis. I think i had a very successful crop growing paper lantern, twilight, prairie fire, jalapenos, ring of fire and aji limon. All were grown outside, unfortunatly no room for a green house. I have become totally bitten by the chilli bug and need to find out as much as possible about them ready for the next season.
